No e-mail notification of PM's

I haven't been getting any notifications by e-mail when I get a PM.
I have checked my settings and all seems OK but I am obviously missing something!
Can anyone help please?

Same happening with me on last two PMs in inbox, not through to email

Pop up blocker ? Don't think I have ever had email notification. Just check your posts regularly.
