Putting hydraulic clutch back to standard

I'm considering removing the hydraulic clutch setup on my Minor and putting it back to standard operation.
Has anyone done this? What parts do I need to get? Its probably obvious but I've got a bit of a mental block over it.
Thanks.

It happens to all of us at some time or other
And it does not get any better as you get older
Have a look at the attached link - see what you have or have not and obtain the parts that are required/deficient.

Is there any reason for having a hydraulic clutch operation, ie 1275 engine with diaphram clutch?

Not totally sure what clutch is fitted currently. I'll be seeing the previous owner soon so will ask him.
I believe the hydraulics were added to make it easier/lighter for his daughter to drive.

Here's my new linkage on the RHS.Those repro brackets on the left are rubbish and required bushes from new. I will be making up a few kits and the rod will be rose jointed as well similar to the one's I make for the MG's.[frame]

Thanks for that, Declan. Very interesting.
I've started taking it to bits now so will have a better idea of what's going on soon.

Why are you unhappy with the hydraulic clutch? It's not something I would ever consider - but since it's there - why not just use it ? Is it troublesome ??

The main problem is that it is very difficult to bleed, apparently a common issue on Midgets. Plus it seems to need fairly regular replacement of the slave cylinder - the master seems to survive better as I've only replace that once so far. I mused that if putting it back to standard rod operation was a simple task then it may be worth doing when the engine and box are out anyway.

Indeed! I would....but do follow the idea of longer levers to keep the load comfortable.
