Can anyone give any details on this engine and gearbox pleas

Don't know much about this engine but hate the thought of just scrapping it for a few quid (due to history behind it) . Could any one tell me what I would advertise it as and what it's worth! Thanks in advance for any advise! Likewise if anyone is interested make an offer! It's situated in Rotherham![frame]

It is a 948 - looks rusty - is it seized? Ex Austin with the dreadful downdraught manifold....and yes an 803 gearbox. Very little value to either item - indeed if the engine is seized it's probably just scrap value...
