Mobile welding

Cn anyone help 
i am looking for e welder to weld two new front chassis rails to my two door saloon.
The car will be without engine and gearbox and all neccessary items removed to make it a bit cheaper for me(hopefully).
It will be on axle stands and in a dry private garage.
I am in Potters Bar Hertfordshire.
