ID numbers on trunnions

i recently stripped the front end of my 55 s2 genuine 86,000 miles and suprisingly all the trunnions are in perfect condition even down to mowog stamped on the rubber seals , both the fulcrum pins are unworn and the trunnions have a number cast on them which matches a number cast on the upright , could they be original ?
