Tanked up, oiled up, greased up, fluid levels ok, buffed to a high polish, set to go.
Now, best check the car before I set off. :D

Well it all right for some. All I have to do is get the coachline painted, fill the washer bottle, adjust the washer jets, wash the car, clean the windows and then wax it. (Then load it onto a trailer, as I do not fancy its first run after its resoration being from Birmingham to North Yorkshire.)

It's a Morris minor, have faith in your efforts. At this rate we'll have more minors going by trailer than under their own steam! :)

I would locally but that far from home if anything unexpected went wrong on its first run, then I would not be within easy reach of the tools to fix the job and no doubt the tools you would leave behind would be the ones you would require as it is impossible to carry tools for every eventuality. Especially being as it is about 150 mile journey, if it was nearer to Birmingham I would probably chance it.
