What are the best ideas for a free-flow exhaust manifolds, are they expensive and do you need to change the rest of your exhaust?

You will want an LCB (long centre branch) one. Maniflow do some pretty good ones. Birmingham Minor centre also do some.

This is what they look like:

Nice to see that Mummy manifolds take pictures of their babies naked on a tartan rug too! I just bought one for around £100, and they tend to be a rather bigger bore than the standard exhaust (around an inch and a half is the recommended size for the A series - hang on, that's *runs off to measure manifold which, sadly, is in bedroom* 4 cms, so you'd need to change the exhaust to match. I'm assured they're good for a few extre BHP.

Unfortunately his name isn't Spot, although perfectly suitable :P We have the alternative Osbournes for pets... The lad in the circle is Ozzy, and if you look at the window carefully you can see Sharon and maybe if your eyesight is A1 you might even see Kelly just to her left!

God I have a bizarre family!!!
