Been having a nightmare trying to find a company with the center bolts for a 7 leaf spring, I've contacted all the moggy company's and a few spring makers, but no luck yet, has anyone got any old springs laying about with these bolts and nuts on they could sell me,or suggest a place that can do them ?
Thank you

Allen cap bolt does the job nicely or buff down the head of a normal bolt.

Allen bolts are top grade steel - almost certainly much stronger than the originals. The bolt doesn't need great strength, it just locates the leaves, which are then clamped tightly with the U bolts.
