I have to come to fit the door seals that I got from ESM and no matter what I do I am unable to get them to stay on the door no matter what I do with the clips that are provided. Is there something that I need to do or is that they are just nothing in comparison to the old ones?

Use the black rubber seals, they just push on to the door frame, no need for clips and they last longer and look better, but if you are in to originality then keep the woven material type which will look tatty and fall off after a couple of years

Fit the clips onto the body first, then push the draught excluder on a bit at a time. You might need to use pinchers to close the gap in the excluder so that it is a tight fit onto the clips.

Yes I have gone over to the black ones as has been said, a lot easier to fit around the corners and they stay on.

Thank you for your help, I will have another go at fitting the ones that I have and if I have no luck I think I will buy the black rubber ones.
