Morris Minor Owners Club

Hi,
I have a 1955 Morris Minor series 11 Four Door Saloon Car.
Usual Manufacturing Nameplates Fitted in Engine Bay on Lefthand Side.
On Righthand Side are Fitted two alloy Number Strips with following set of numbers starting from left to right :
215491-2 R62341 BMF 61954.
I have no idea what they are for and would appreciate anybody's help to try and solve this problem.
