Hi can anyone help I am trying to change my timing chain and I am having trouble removing the pulley. I will try and send pics to. if I tighten the puller too much it starts to bend pulley edge. Is there any other way of removing it ?[frame]Image[/frame]

Can only suggest you hit the puller shaft good and hard - in the hope it shocks it free. Other options are heat - or just accept that the pulley is toast, and upgrade to a damper pulley. Unfortunately I don't see one on ebay at the moment....

Here you go:-

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Classic-Mini- ... 27fd4f0655

And whilst not the damper type it is still useable on a 'A' Series this one has the two puller screwed holes installed for future removal:=

Well found Phil = my search turned out nothing, but then I use 'Mini' rather than MINI which is very different thing....
Unfortunately sellers don't always see it that way.
