Hello from Florida USA,
I recently bought a 1960 MM 1000 2 door,going to tow it behind my motorhome for transportation when on vacation.My car has the 948 cc motor,I have a 1958 1500 cc motor out of a Metropolitan, would this be a direct drop in or would there be a bunch of issues preventing this?

It's by no means a 'straight drop in' but it can be done...... if you have the workshop facilities - and the gearbox to go with it... If towing the car make absolutely CERTAIN that it is not in gear.....

The Minor has an 'a series' engine whereas the 1500 is one of the b series of engines which are not easily interchangeable. If the Minor engine needs to be replaced an a series of 1098 or 1275cc is the easiest replacement.
