They're not handed, and the same front and back.

They are not handed, but look as if they should have been, as they don't look "quite right" on the bumper bar, especially on the rear bumper[frame]

thats what i thought I took my front bumper off to clean up and paint, when i put the over riders back on they didn't look right. so I swapped them over and they still didn't look right.
