Can you give me a rundown to remove and fit rear traveller wings

unbolt them, re grease the original bolts and then bolt them back on using the slotted holes and washers to adjust alignment as you go!

This assumes that your original fixings are not seized solid or your timber has not been replaced

If you are using 'improved' modern fixings (wood screws or self tap screws) then a good sequence is fully detailed in the Ray Newel traveller book..

Many thanks for your input, this is my first traveller

Just removed mine to replace a rear wheel arch section. Mine were fixed with posidrive screws and large flat washers and came off easily. I cleaned them up, got a good fitting screw driver, tapped with a hammer and they unscrewed nicely (apart from one requiring an angle grinder to remove the head). The wing beading was stapled into the wood and is good enough to reuse. I loosely refitted wings after wood replacement to drive to the paint shop where they will realign after paint. Thoroughly recommend Ray's book for advice.
