Hi
I want to paint my rocker box cover green. Although I can buy an aerosol on line it can't be posted so must be sent by courier which means +VAT it comes to about £30! Can I use normal aerosol paint from say 'Halfords' or does the engine get too hot? Advice appreciated. Many thanks

That's why the paint is heat dispersant

or it would flake off

Get it off eBay most just post it

I painted (sprayed mine) using a Holts professional mix from Halfords. The colour is BS381C Mid Bronze Green. This information was recognised by Halfords. It turned out a 'good drop of stuff'
