Door top frame replacement

The area around the quarterlight windows on my 2 door saloon is rusty & scruffy. I quite fancy fitting a pair of the stainless door top frames and quarterlights from a traveller.
How hard a job is it to remove my window frames and replace them and line it all up again? Is it possible to do it without removing the doors?
Thanks.
Neil.

It's quite easy, Take off the door handles, window winders and door cards, remove all the frame securing bolts and nuts, including the fiddly ones underneath the quarterlights.
Lower the window glass (you may need to remove the bottom stop plate as well) then pull the whole frame unit up and out of the door.
Check the Moss catalogue for accurate drawings of the assembly showing all the bolt positions.
The new frames go back in( with new rubber seals under the quarterlights) by reversing the sequence, you may have to bend the frame legs slightly to close the gap between the frame and the car door aperture.Take care not to snag the door latch operating strip when pushing the frame legs down into the door!
