I too have reported it - if we all get to report it, then maybe shear volume of reports will make eBay take notice.
I also note that I couldn't use the "detailed" option referring to "stolen items" - which these bits would be used to disguise, unless I was a "law enforcement officer".
I'll have a go at reporting this to the DVLA (maybe if I translate my complaint into Welsh, using Babelfish or Google Translate, they might take notice!)

The Document number (but not the "document reference number") is, or appears to be, CB 5384598. The other number would be the one needed to check the Reg online.

I'll let you know how I get on with the DVLA,

The chassis plate doesn't match the body plate - or vice versa!

The registration for this car is WKD164J two door saloon

reported to 101, through to west midlads police following the talk from one of their officers at the FBHVC, it has been filed as an intelligence report. hopefully if this reg turns up on a vehicle in the future, questions will be asked.

Looks to be an ex-Panda car.

It comes with a shell, so could be called a basket case and be rebuilt. Is that illegal?

I've just come off the phone with DVLA and they are not interested as the documentation and plates come with the "rotten shell" in the advert. They suggested that I contact the police if I suspect that the docs etc., may be used for identity changing.
The advert now does have a bit more of the V5C showing (i.e. the Doc reference number)

Is the vin 12504xx?

Is the body number plate burmuda blue?

Touch of irony as seemingly being an ex-Panda(?)

Only good for cloning a Police 2dr - must be pretty dim to use it on a std 2dr.
