Oil bath air filter sleeve

Can anyone help I have a 1958 with the 948cc engine Morris with the oil bath air filter which keeps working it,s way up the air pipe to carburettor.
The rubber sleeve which is on it would seem to be the original one and is in a poor state and needs to be replaced. I ordered one from Moss but what was originally rubber is now made of neoprene and is a smaller size.
Has anyone replaced this sleeve and where did you get one. Also has anyone had the same problem of the air filter body working it,s way up if so how did you fix it?
