Annoying Facebook thing

Just wondered what this annoying Facebook message is that has suddenly started popping up every time I go on the forum. Only stays for a few secs but gets right up my nose! Hope they are paying the club to put it on...

These computers remember things, you must have visited that site recently, so now it's got you! If I buy anything on line(infrequently as possible) I get pestered by ads for the same thing.
