Alternator loom?!

Hey this is for my project moggie skyler, im planning to shell out 60squid for the alternator kit, might as well as ill be using her everyday as a replacement for my corsa (simply cos i think moggies r amazing this is my 2nd) now what do you all recommend i do? ive got the original wiring loom, but wud i need extra wiring loom for the alternator?! this is also because i want more power out of her for my cd player and cig lighter, etc! please help meee,

Hello Charly,

the kit I bought included the necessary loom and clear connection instructions, I suggest that you buy a similar kit.
It is an easy job to install it.

hey how much did your kit cost? do you have a link/contact details? does it come with instructions, tho i shudnt need them as im a mechanic :oops: , thanx charly

Hello Charly,

I think it was about £75 with the VAT, and I bought it loacally at CS Jones of Condover.
As my earlier post says, it came with clear instructions. I'm sure your usual Morris supplier will have the same unit.
