Can this rusty old sign really be worth £500 ? I see it's being sold by 'sparesman' - so is that on behalf of the MMOC funds ? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LARGE-VINTAGE ... 5b0740d45b

Unbelievable, I cant help but think I could make a couple of templates to achieve the same effect, 2ft dia pieces of circular plate steel cant be that difficult to get.
Thinking cap on.

@ thouable - I bet they would sell well! Plastic overlay on metal disc, if the cost was a bit less than £500....
@ samurai - I thought 'sparesman' collected parts donated (or sold at 'garage clearance' prices ) to the club and sold them on for the club?

It's not a "part" though is it?
You can already get copies of this sort of sign and that is what they will always be, just copies.
Is it worth £500 ? Time will tell.

Club regalia used to sell a small enamel morris sign about 10' or so but I dont see it listed any longer, perhaps they have sold out. I have one on the inside of the side door of the garage!
