was enthusing about Minor's today

he mentioned an elderly chap who has a 300,000 mile '65 green MM.i found the article on the Mail on-line,but don't know how to post a link

i know Mr Evans isn't everyone's cup of tea,but he does love classic motors!

The article seems to have hit quite a few of the papers. Daily Telegraph page 9. Not sure how they work out that it costs £70 to fill the tank.

Interesting article, fair play to the old boy!
Costs me on average £35 to fill my tank, however mine is still the standard one, so I'm not sure how much it would cost to fill up the larger (van?) tank but maybe he has one of those fitted.
Is there much advantage in fitting one??

any press for our cars is good press and it comes no better than radio 2 in spite of the delivery method
