Hi this s my first post. Has anybody found a supplier of the "Gold "colour that is used on the dashboard and glove box. The colour code is 2RB8 according to my research.
Any info would be appreciated.

Every paint manufacturer should have the possibility to make it, with the make and model from the car.
I found out, the green colour from the sidevalve engine is an actual Land rover version.
The paint specialist got an engine part, and called me with the question, is this an English part, because of the matching colour...

I am aware of the restriction but the OP has no location listed so the information was given on the assumption that he was in the UK.

I also need to repaint them, but I think I will use the same way as with the engine ;)

I actually took my glovebox lid to Halfords and found an exact match from their stock of spray cans and also bought one from ESM so it is best to use a local supplier if you live abroad and take the item in to the stockist for colour matching. They can even analyse the paint colour from an inside surface and reproduce it in aerosol or brush paint for you. :D

This post is a good example of identifying the poster's location (country) so responses can be proper for the region. I could not tell if Boomlander was UK, USA or elsewhere. Another board I check often has the country flag and name next to the poster's name. Failing that, it would do well to put your country on each post if you are asking for help.

Maine USA
