Looking for good, cheap welders in Manchester/Stockport

Hello, I am looking for welders in Manchester/Stockport area, do you know anyone good and cheap? My car is 4 nut sized holes in underside, and passenger floor away from MOT. Unfortunately tester found my cheap repair, and my friend is away to fix it... I need car done in 10 days from now on. Thank you very much for help.

I'm afraid "good" and "cheap" don't go together. Look for a good welder with references at reasonable prices.
