The advert states "built in 1950 and registered in 1951" Could it be a late Dec 1950 car and they did the paperwork in he new year after the Xmas break?

is this the original color?
It is not very strange, a car is waiting a few months for a first owner, in my job we had once a 2 year olf new car, never been on the road, but the wrong model to sell at once.
When my boss sold him, a model change was there ;)

I bought the Lowlight today. Left Inverkip at 5.30am and got back at 5.30pm.
Car drives very well. Was a very different drive to my Series II which has a 1300 Morris Marina engine for sale on ebay and link on the for sale pages.
Mike I will send you my details.
