Apparently is is brilliant stuff and I intend to cover the underside of my '52 in it!
Not sure of the consistancy though, but if you want gaps blocking up then use grey stripe seam sealer (available in Halfords).

It says here
http://www.frost.co.uk/how_do_i.asp#4 that it can be used as filler - I've not used it, but it would be worth giving them a ring, they're v. friendly.

PS It also says that you need Forced air helmet like for 2 pack - do you have all that?

nice one lads, i just need to fill the very thin gaps{0.5mm}ish in places where the new sill panels underneath meet, put new rear floorpan in now from bull motif ,really good fit/panel although they are thinner metal than that on the existing panel

x-member under rear seat has come out ,and new metal sheet let in on top of spring hanger shoe which was solid, which also gave acsess to chassis rail ,plated that, all rust treated ready for reasemmbly of x-member now
