Not sure if these are real leather or faux leather - but I like the worn in look. I wondered if anyone had ever repaired by patching with leather pieces glued down with leather glue so as to retain some of the original worn in look? I don't particularly want them totally redone. Any thoughts. Any experience of doing anything similar. Any pics of the results of what you've done?

I have the same seats in my car and have repaired small tears with iron on webbing effectively. I think you may be better keeping a look out for some better seats or get some seat covers they look too far gone

Nothing a bit of new foam, some leather off cuts and leather glue can't make look funky I would have thought?

Out with the needle and thread then let's see the results, will it be done by dinner time tomorrow?

Off cuts and glue.... thats what I will have a go at... will look like a patchwork quilt

Looks like your leather has dried out and needs feeding. It's quite amazing how leather can be brought back 'from the dead'. Unless you soften it with lots of leather food and elbow grease it will just fall to pieces with use.

Some of the above may be useful. Your leather has dried out so much it needs a really good "feed"

Last night ordered all sorts from leather feed, to leather off cuts and leather glue! Feeding the dried old stuff is first on the list. Will update when I've had a go.
