I think the first thing I will have a go at is the rust that is on the underside of the doors. Pics attached. Total noise - so this is me having a go at making a tired Morris a little bit better - so you may have to talk me through things.
What would you do with this problem ..... (see piccies)[frame]

Knotted wire brush in the angle grinder (wear gloves and eye protection) and scrub away to see how bad it is.. Repair panels are available from all the usual suspects. But do make sure you put together a big enough 'parcel' to get free postage.

Judging by the hole in the far end you need(at the very least)the door bottom cutting off and repair panels welding in.

Yes - need to work out what panels I need. It all starts to perplex me as I never know the exact names of the bits I think I want!
Here's a question. What do second hand doors go for? I thought it might be worth fitting a couple so that I could have a good go at the existing doors which would mean I could still use the car. I expect they are hard to come by

The MOSS diagrams are best by far...

If you can find a pair of decent doors that would be the answer.Unless of course you have the skills and time to repair your own.Try putting a wanted ad on here.
