hi there all im trying to upload a image to my ucpanel but i have been trying to do it for the past 1hr and not getting no were
any help with be great I no im useless with computers really

yes m8 had a look at that a moment ago but I have followed that and still nothing

Any luck with it yet?

I can't add much to the instructions in the above link, except to say that when members are having trouble uploading, it is often because their photos are too big, and they are rejected. So it is important to reduce them in size if they are bigger than the specified limits.
