whats the value of my car?

Hey folks,
My wife has got a transfer to Singapore, so we are packing up and heading off to Singapore to live. Obviously, Kevin will have to come with us, as we have no planned return date and I cant leave him in a lock up in West London for the next 10 years.
Importing a classic car into Singapore is looking like a straight forward but expensive arrangement. They have a form of old timer registration where you can drive your car for 28 days per year, which will probably be just perfect considering Kevin doesn’t have air conditioning.
So, I have to pay 120% import duty to get the car, but the problem is I really don’t know how much my car is worth! There aren’t that many Minors in Singapore, but I am sure the Government has a way of establishing its market value. But I was wondering if I could ask the forum to tell me what they thought?
Kevin is a two dour series II minor. He was first registered in 1956 in NZ (but he was exported CKD from the UK in about 1952). He has a later 1000cc engine – fitted some time in the past.
His mileage is unknown – odometer shows 36,000 miles but it could be anything!

In 2013 he had a full body restoration – rust removal, panel replacement and respray by a body shop back in New Zealand.
Since then I have:
Moved him over to the UK!
Fitted new door and window rubbers and seals.
New split windscreen
Fitted new stainless exhaust
Fitted external indicators
Rebuilt front and rear brakes and handbrake.
Fitted new wiring loom (got some professional help with that)
Replaced all the external light fittings
Replaced various missing screws and bolts, washers, grommets, seals and bits and pieces
Fitted new wipers
Fitted external mirrors
Fixed the leaky windscreen
Changed the polarity
Five new tyres
Fitted modern seatbelts front and rear.
Front seats and door cards have been recovered - ok but not amazing, but the rear seats and door cards are original and pretty rough.
He has no roof lining, no carpets, but I am currently in the process of fitting new carpets (from Newton Commercial).
But nothing has been done to the engine, he runs fine, blows a fair bit of black smoke, but he motors along quite happily.
So what do you all think he would be worth? Don’t worry I am not going ot be offended by your answers!
Thanks a lot,

A rough estimate would be between three and four thousand but a close inspection would be needed to make a more accurate valuation. :D

surely for import duties you can value a bit low i guesss
without any rusting on body work and no patch work quilt would say 3k to 3500k
but put a value of say 2k

I agree - in fact it could maybe fetch somewhere between £3 and £4 k , maybe more! - it's in cracking condition! But the 'wrong' engine is an excuse to de-value it somewhat although I'm not sure they will accept £2k as a true value.

This question has me wondering what an owner would be paid by an insurance company in the event of a total loss claim. Assuming the policy was not of the agreed value type. That figure would be more realistic for this situation. If Dave of fj insurance is reading this maybe he would know the figure that would be offered for a Minor?
