Yet another paint colour question?

This is about paint colours for the internal fixtures on a Traveller. The rear door stays and locking bar are the same colour but badly chipped. I wish to repaint them but cannot find the colour code; it appears to be an off white colour. Is there a standard colour for this parts, or does it change with the trim? If so what should go with a Pale blue trim? Thank you for any help.
