speedo change / face colours

i will have to change my 1955 s2 speedo as i have a 1098 engine and diff , my original has a bronze face and i was wondering if there is a 1098 suitable unit also with a bronze face or if not silver , i take it swapping the internal speedo parts is not easy

I assume that you are changing the gearbox as well, a 803 box will not last long with a 1098 engine and the pinion ratio is different. The correct speedo will be an early 1098 gold 1408 TPM
