It's impossible for us to 'value' something like that - ebay will value it for you - sold by a willing seller to willing buyers on an open market!

£100 is probably a fair starting price. I always find with ebay that if you start things at 99p then you end up selling it for more than if you started it at a price nearer to what you expect to achieve!

It's hard to put a value on the engine though. I would always buy as 'condition unknown' expecting to have to strip it and at least do some work(expense) before putting it in a car. Others might just fit it and see...

generally the typical problems with engine/box transplants in a Minor is the box fouling with steering rack, and not fitting the tunnel.
For a manual gearbox the solution is usually cutting a big chunk out of bellhousing, and modifying the tunnel cover
For an auto box - be wary of chopping holes in it!
