Underside of new wings

What do you reckon is the best thing to cover the underside of brand new wings? Thanks

i recomend gravitex stone chip sprayed with shultz gun, three coats

Yes I agree stonechip.. but make sure it well keyed ie you use some scotch pad and key the surface and panel wipe before... it would be a good idea to buy a aerosol of etc primer first and I also use stickaflex and seal around te headlamp rim and rear seam of the wing.. this stops water, salt and road muck and will last a lot longer... you could also body colour over the stonechip if desired or leave as is....

Agree about the stone chip.Gravitex is a good one.Comes in black and grey and possibly other colours if you don't intend to paint over it.You can buy it in large aerosols if you don't have a compressor and Schutz gun.

I use Brantho Korrux nitrofest primer, followed by a stone chip, then seam sealer on any seams and especially the rear edge of the front wings, followed by a couple of coats of Brantho korrux 3 in 1 paint, then Dinitrol 4941.
