Turriff Vans.

My father worked for Turrif on the Natural Gas conversion in Wales around 1969/70. Attached to his stores unit were 2 vans, a blue one details unknown and the Yellow (Austin?) Van he used as his daily vehicle OWN566F fleet number 27V23 .
I was just wondering if anyone has unearthed any other "Turriff refugees"

This information does not help you but also my late father also worked for Turiff from ca 1964 to 1969. He was some kind of manager in the pipeline division.

I have lost track of the company since then, but it seemed to be a big concern at the time. Im sure the van no longer exists, along with the Thames 5cwt he drove for the next gas related firm FWN387D. Ive always had a pretty good memory for registration numbers
