Can anyone make out the Reg number ? Is it WAK 497 ?? If it's pre 10960 then it could be the path to MOT free heaven !!

Offer them a reimbursement they'll do it in a flash.Ebay aren't bothered as long as the money rolls in.

First reg 1962....no good then for MOT exemption.....

And its a non tranferable age related plate so no value or interest there. Only use is for ringing another car....

However, the seller does say "This car has past it's sell buy date and there is not a lot left of it." which gives the impression that there is still a car for sale, though the photos suggest otherwise. But if thats the case if does comply with ebay rules...

They've probably looked at t and seen that it includes a 'car' so it must be ok and complies with the rules...

Just needs a few new panels and it will be fine !

Nice project, at least you won't be redoing someones shoddy work!
