where lowlight panels all with a separate grille? as I saw one for sale with the centre grille as one piece with the panel!

My lowlight has a one piece grill and there are pleanty of pictures of high headlamp models with one piece grills.

oh rite! I tghough all lowlight panels were separate from the grilles!

Do you have a copy of "Original Morris Minor"? This will tell you a lot of things that you did not know and a lot more things that you did not know you did not know

coincidentally started reading it today! has it for a while but was more interested in the commercials bit since I was into commercials

the one piece front panel was on mine when I got it in 1976 I was told it was rare by some one at the Harwood meeting a long time ago, but I was not a MMOC member in those days.may be the korean war had something to do with it, shortage of nickel etc?

yes I rad about the shortage of nickel but I thought that was only on the high headlamps models
