I like the A30's but how easy would it be to register if there are no details?

Strange that there are absolutely NO details....... I imagine Heritage at gaydon would be able to confirm the car from chassis number details etc - if they can be found on the car. Then it would be a trip to DVLA to sort out an age related number.....

Been advised by seller that there is no chassis number on the car. No good.

The worry of course is that this car was stolen at some point in it's life - how else is there NO identity ........ there must be chassis number somewhere - I assume there must be an A30 forum/club that could help you?

The chassis number plate (similar to the one on the Minor) on an A30 is mounted on the scuttle just behind the battery and adjacent to the pull starter switch and If I remember correctly the A35 was in a similar position. Looking at the 'e' bay pictures it is not located there. Noticed on another A35 for sale on 'e' bay that the body number was on the scuttle to the right of centre.
Never had to look for the stamped body number when I had my A35 van and A35 Countryman so cannot help there.
