I am looking for a member who'd be willing to occasionally help me with mechanical work on my 1960 saloon. I used to do a lot of work on it myself, but now I am relying on specialist garages, the nearest of which is 20 miles away. No good, if like today, you have a problem that confines you to home!
I am willing to pay a reasonable cash contribution for your effort and expertise.
If you are interested, please PM me.
Thanks, Marion

If anyone is around this area - i'm in the same area and looking for a new mechanic having lost faith with the local centre - either a mechanic who has free time or a tip for a little father and son garage in the area would be good.

East Sussex Minors is not that far from you. Their work is top notch and they have a work shop alongside the spares part of ESM.

Marion - If you're not already a member of your local branch (London South Central) it might be worth getting in touch to see whether someone there may be able to help you out. The branch contact is Hugh Davy: 0208 six 02 7333
