Battery isolator

You clamp it to the 'post' on the isolator.
Other designs are available :)

I have one fitted to my Traveller. It connects on the battery and then the earth strap goes onto the Disconnect.[frame]Image[/frame]

I have one of these, they're rather good. Not just for security but also to quickly disconnect the battery if you're doing any work.

Spare wheels are available, as long as low-rated fuses to allow some current to flow but will blow on ignition....

Mine is fitted. Ordered a nice new shiny earth strap to go with it. When it arrived, I find it's around half the thickness of my old one. Might that cause me a problem?

looks very similar to the one fitted to my traveller in photo above and that came from ESM, so assume its the correct size

Don't rely on it as an 'anti-theft' device - any respectable thief will get round that in 2 seconds flat! :evil:
