been having a problem for a while now
the clutch works but the adjuster was at its limit.
engine out today
the plate is not to bad
thrust bearing seems ok not worn to much.
pressure plate looked ok
now i'am lost as to why the clutch had no adjustment...
as it only needed slight movement to disengage it.
when pedal was push to the floor

How worn is the linkage?
There are loads of places it can wear and they all add up to less clutch action.

Is the clutch cover new? We once had to reset the pressure plate with the three screws as the supplier couldn't be bothered to set it properly...

Another possibility.- There have been reports that some of the adjustment arms don't have as much thread on them as others, causing this problem.

Clutch problems generally include disc wear and worn bearings.
