i have a private message and it reads my message board is full .please can anyomne tell me how i erase all old messages thanks

Go to the bottom of the page for your message and click the little blue writing mark all. Then in the white selection box with the black arrow there is a drop down selection which reads delete marked, click this and then click the go button on the side of the bar that will take you to another screen which asks you to confirm that you want to delete the messages. Click yes and away you go.
