Just think of this scenario..... You have booked into the Morris Minor Nationals and it is 8.00pm on the Friday night.

Most of us would be in the garage making sure we have packed some spares, chairs, folding table, camera and the picnic has been made with your flasks ready to fill in the morning.

But what if your Morris Minor Traveller is still sitting in the garage unfinished...

The timber frame you ordered from Woodies is still sitting in the corner.
This needs fitting along with the tedious job of fitting the roof gutter.
The interior needs fitting.
The rear wings are on the bench.
All of the chrome needs fitting
You have not MOT`d the car.
You have not driven it for say ten years to test it out.

Why panic..you will be in the concourse competition the next afternoon. :D :D :D

How you may ask..... Just ring Fuzz Townsend and his merry Car SOS crew. :-?
They will assemble the car through the night......that is as long as it takes.

You on the other hand can go into the house pour yourself a drink and watch the latest episode of Car SOS restoring a Morris Minor Traveller.....brilliant. :D :D :D

Now where have we all gone wrong over the years......taking far longer to put one together.

In your dreams
I never believed in fairy stories
nowadays I don't believe in programs produced by fairy tale producers

National Geographic channel i think it was bmc. Watch it with a cushion to hide behind!. e.g. "oh no previous wrong welding means the new wooden frame won't fit" "Don't worry, altering wood is easier than metal, we will get a carpenter in to make the frame fit"

Out of the two latest restoration programmes that have featured the Morris Minor Traveller If I was tied down and forced to make a choice about which outfit went about it correctly I would have to give my vote to Wheeler Dealers.

If you are running a restoration company and want to be taken seriously and are passionate about classic cars....you really ought to stay away from the television.

Next thing we know Fuzz Townsend will be playing the drums at the Morris Minor Nationals Saturday night party. :( :(
