The swivel pin in question is from a Marina/Ital
For Marina/Ital use note that the top swivel has been replaced by a cup and ball similar to the Mini in this case the cup and ball is missing. The bottom is the same style as the Minor but the only the Marina bottom trunnion pin and thrust washers are useable in a Minor. This swivel is not suitable for a Minor even with modification. I have seem worse bits of metal renovated and brought back into use.
Before writing it off I would give it a good but light air pressure grit blast and then check the top and bottom threads and stub axle for wear. If bad then write it off as scrap.
Very few of these uprights in good condition appear for sale these days and if in good condition they can and do command a good price.
A while back I wanted some spare Marina stub axles and had to pay a good price for worn uprights but serviceable stub axles. And I do not part with my money easily.
