Should be fine on a Minor....annoyingly - your picture has cut off the ID number (starting AU??????) on the little tag! Can you read it ?? Then check on the Burlen website......

its aue150.... tried the site roy but i
had no joy
connected it up to battery and it just had a buzzing noise
its got twin points.

Hmmm - indeed no sign of AUE150 -are you sure about that number? Have you tried polarity both ways? What is the little cylinder - a capacitor?

yes its a capacitor.
tried polarity both ways?
it did tick once when i lifted the points.
and they were clean,

Just clean it up and adjust the points till it pumps! It will be fine !!
