Anyone owned, or remembers a Tourer APV 480? 1951

Has anyone owned, or has recollections of, a 1951 Thames blue side valve Minor Tourer registered APV 480, pre-1989. I am on the long and difficult path of trying to obtain an old log book, tax disc, MOT certificate with chassis number/reg number on it, or any other documentation for this vehicle to prove the original identity. It was new in Ipswich, and found its way to Kent by the late 1980's. Currently registered RSU 323 by DVLA in 1989.
