fitting inleaded head

Hi everyone
I don't know if this is a daft question or not but if you got an unleaded head into a 1098 engine does it make any difference to the rest of the engine in any way

No difference provided it is a 12G 202 head - but it is completely unnecessary. Just set valve gaps to 15 thou on the exhausts and check/reset every 3000 miles, and your standard head will be fine.
