Where can I access rear axle to add oil to a '64 traveller?

You should Google for a 'Morris Minor Workshop Manual' - it's out there, for a FREE download... Don't just add oil to the rear axle - drain off the (no doubt) horrible old oil first - drain plug is in the base of the axle. To refill - there will either be a plug on the back face of the axle - or on the horizontal 'shelf' of the final drive unit. EP 75/80 oil is fine for the job.

Make sure you can loosen the filler/level plug BEFORE taking out and drain plug and draining the old oil.

There's always the possibility that the originl fill/check plug was in the final drive unit and it has been replaced w/a unit w/out a fill/check plug, ending up without no plug.
Our '61 has the plug in the final drive unit but the 3.9 final drive that I purchased for replacement doesn't have a plug, so that will have to be corrcted when I install the 3.9 unit.

Equally - you can end up with TWO fill plugs! But a standard/unmolested car will have one or the other.
