Yep.

For the front spring hanger: find the 2 little nuts on the spring hanger side plate (towards the centre of the car). Grind them off. Undo the nut on the opposite side (holding the pin in), then drive a flat chisel between the plate and the spring hanger itself and using a drift belt the pin out towards the centre of the car (the plate should then come with it attached to the pin).

For the rear, just undo the 4 nuts and take the plates off the sides and the spring will come away with the pins and bushes still in. Just drive the pins out then with a drift and the bushes should then pull out by hand or use a screwdriver and prise them out.

for the rears (usually called the rear chassis extensions) it is usually a much better idea to use the repair sections instead of letting in new metal locally. The chanels tend to rot right along the bottom so a local repair is usually not a permanent fix.

There's an excellent video on how to change the rear springs on a Minor - Pyoor-Kate's website. Along with other goodies!

or you could follow the simple instructions in the Sept/Oct Minor Matters 'technical tips' section, but it's not a difficult job really, so I expect you're already well underway.

*cough* that's if *cough* everything *cough* undoes *cough*.

As you will find in one of the fine small bush production's films, it's not always that way, as Kate and I found out...

*cough*

Oh, but don't worry... It should just undo just fine :D

In fact, I have a spare shackle pin somewhere if you break one... :)
