is this for a saloon or traveller?
Driving behind a friend's traveller with the fibreglass rear wings, they splay out at speed, which could result, over time, in paint cracking. we teathered them with a little bracket in the end.
Also note that you will want to smother the inside in a generous helping of underseal or something similar to prevent stone chips damaging the paint surface.
